The school will maintain and communicate a purpose that commits to high expectations for success as well as shared values and beliefs about teaching and learning.

Action Steps:
*We will benchmark students at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year. *We will use growth check every 3-4 weeks, according to the county schedule

*We will use small group (instructional grouping) to work on specific skills for students’ needs. *We will review the previous years skills to review before new content is introduced
